i got semen analysis test report so tell me its ok or not ,i given bolow

quantit less then 1 ml,viscosity viscouse,colour normal,ph 7.8,liquefaction 20mins,sperm count 34.8 millions/ml,motility active 30%,sluggish 10%,nonmortile 60%,abnormal forms about 20%,pus cells 0-2 HPF

Hello

Your report suggests decreased sperm motility.Motility should be at least 55%.
You have 60 % non motile sperms.

34.8 millions/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.

Morphology of sperms are also normal.
0-2 pus cells are acceptable.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,colour doppler of scrotum.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
You should avoid tight garments.
If low motility persists then assisted fertilization techniques can be considered.
